What is organic carbon????
Carbon is of 2 types
1) In organic carbon and (2) In organic carbon
Today we have to talk about organic carbon
Organic carbon which is associated with living organisms (microorganisms) is called organic carbon
Carbon plays a major role in 95% C-H-O - we know it as carbon dioxide
But let's talk about the soil carbon, the organic carbon from the soil plays an important role for our soil
All you farmer friends must know that 16 to 17 nutrients are required in agriculture
But the nutrients that we have put in are not going to get to the plant without the nutrition (food) microorganism
If there is no organic carbon in the soil, the micro-organism cannot survive
Organic carbon is necessary for microorganism to live
If there is no microorganism, the plant will not get full nutrition
70 years ago our soil had 1+% to 2% carbon, today it has 0.3% to 0.5% carbon.
The main element which is the basic constituent element is carbon
This carbon depletion is due to over-reliance on chemical fertilizers
Day by day, chemical fertilizers are increasing in our land, the amount of chemical fertilizer per 1 acre is 10 kg and today chemical fertilizer is 100 kg per 1 acre
For example, if I explain
Wilts are seen in soybean and soybean crops which may not come any day.
2) Decline in production every year
1 new disease every year in dry crops every year
Whether or not the land with no carbon level is arable
0.3% to 0.4% is not produced as sand
0.5% to 0.75% is called cultivable land
0.75% to 1.50% fertile soil yields 3 to 4 times
This is not my data but the whole world's data
Which is the current situation
But understand one thing, take it seriously, organic carbon in soil is important
Many people are taking carbon from the market and using it today.
It will take atleast 5 to 7 years
As organic carbon increases in the soil, production will increase
As organic carbon increases, pests and diseases will be reduced
Take this seriously If you want to increase production and improve soil, you need to increase organic carbon.
If there is really organic carbon, the land and production will increase, let the farmer friends tell
Sikkim, the Gir forest, Dang, is 1+ % carbon
If carbon content in soil is 1.50% then 100% more production is obtained and that is 100% true
In many places in Gujarat, phosphorus, nitrogen, and potash are not required, so every year they apply it to the soil, but no one applies the organic carbon that will decrease in the soil.
+
C ------N
-
Carbon goes into our minus - every year
And every year nitrogen for our plus +
Because there are many grades of nitrogen available in the market
So how do we increase carbon within the soil?
Timely disposal of waste in the ground
Using in-soil manure
green waste
Using Samrat Force 14% Organic Carbon
Multiplier 33% Carbon
0.10 to 0.25 per year if 5 to 7 years of land use. increases
